Definitions
The terms “User,” “Service,” and “Content” shall have the meanings assigned to them in the sections below.

Limitation of Liability
Richard Casino shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

Termination
User access to the Service may be terminated at Richard Casino’s discretion without notice. Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the Service and delete or return all Content in their possession.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate governing body.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Richard Casino and the User regarding the Service. All prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations are merged into and superseded by these Terms.
